i discovered years ago (like, in kindergarten) that writing is my therapy. it’s how i work my way through the world.
the challenge lies in the fact that i only seem to write when things are challenging. when all is lovely and right with the world, i write less.
so my challenge to myself is to write the good as well as the angst. it’s not much of a journal/journey if it’s all one-sided, right?
